This is our weekly schedule for the coming year. All the non-school things we do together are in brown (well, ok, I'm the only one doing the coffee/paper thing), Thing 1 (3rd) is in red, Thing 2 (2nd) is in blue, and Thing 3 (private K) is in purple. The school classes we do together are in green. Not sure if this will pan out, but I needed to get something down on paper! You can click on the picture to make it actually readable.

Hi Maisy,
Just a few things, can you do something with all the driving time? How about independent reading if they don't get car-sick from that or something they can do independently for the most part?
Why the time switch on Friday for Art and Music, why not just keep the same time as Wed? I'm only hsling one right now but I was wondering why not do math with both at the same time? Are they using the same curriculum but at different levels?
Is M's Writing Tales teacher-intensive? If not I would do that the same time as FLL with G if possible. I'm a streamliner but I also have dd7 and ds3 so ignore me if you don't find any of this helpful.

I wouldn't want to be out of the house 2xs a day, everyday...or any day! But, I think you can make it work for you -- the set schedule will keep you accountable and you've put your "content" subjects in the afternoon as you were able. I think you'll have a great year! I hope you share some samples of T1's Writing Tales -- I wish we were using it!

I too have been thinking about making math times different for each kid, but not sure.
I got a lot of samples of schedules and will sit down over the weekend and see which type would be good for our family.
Thanks for sharing your schedule, as it gave me things to think about with my kiddo's. I also like the 1 page format. :o)
